Nomura International analytic Richard Windsor says that Motorola can redirect to development of devices for governments and big enterprises. it is rumored Motorola’s mobile department can be bought by Chinese mobile phones producers. However analytics believe that it will not happen, because problems of Motorola are not with technical features of mobile phones but with software.
