According to MarketingWeek Sony is going to produce new mobile phone on basis of its Play Station portable console. It may well be that such decision is concerned with rival in the sphere of game devices. Sony’s competitors are iPhone by Apple and N-Gage platform by Nokia which introduce rather more interesting playing opportunities.There is no any information about participation of Ericsson which is present day Sony’s partner. According to article future mobile phone will include PSP modules and its sale will start at Christmas of 2009. Until now Sony Ericsson paid attention not to gaming features of mobile devices but to music features (Walkman series) and to photo functions (Cybershot series).
