Some photos of future HTC Touch HD device has appeared in the global network. This fact confirms information about company’s intention to produce mobile phone which resembles iPhone. This new mobile phone has touch screen which covers almost all front surface. HD prefix means High Definition – the resolution of the screen is 800x480px. It also said that HTC Touch HD has Qualcomm 7201 CPU with 528 MHz frequency and runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 with TouchFlo 3D user interface. There is also 256Mb RAM, 512Mb ROM, GPS and 5 Mp camera. It is rumored that it will be released in the beginning of 2009.
