HTC Hero official announce

As it was expected recently HTC announced its new Android communicator – HTC Hero. IT design and set of technical features looks impressive. It is equipped with Qualcomm MSM7200A 528 MHz CPU, 3.2 inch touch screen with 320x480 px resolution, 5 Mp camera with autofocusing, 288 Mb RAM, 512 Mb ROM, microSD memory card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, 3.5 mm audio jack, GPS module, accelerometer and 1350 mAh battery. Besides the screen of this coming mobile device has oleophobic covering which preserves the screen from finger-prints and scratches. Another interesting feature is new user interface – HTC Sense. Due to it future users of this device will be able to create different UI profiles with different widgets’ combinations. HTC Hero will become available in July and will cost $750.

According to some sources Samsung GT-S8000 Cubic will support a lot of special widgets. Network standards are GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, UMTS 900/2100 MHz. Unfortunately there is still no any information about release date and price.
